AI Automation Specialist
Join our team to build agentic AI solutions — autonomous systems that reason, decide, and act to automate complex business processes end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using Claude, GPT-4, and other large language models
- Build intelligent agents that automate complex business processes end-to-end
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems (CRMs, ERPs, helpdesks)
- Create automation solutions using Zapier, Make, n8n, and custom code
- Develop AI chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service and internal operations
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for knowledge management
- Optimise prompts and fine-tune AI models for specific business use cases
- Document solutions and train clients on using AI automation tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
- Experience building with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI APIs
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- 2+ years experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data flows
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions
- Excellent communication skills for working directly with clients
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely
Nice to Have
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices
- Background in machine learning or data science
- Experience with voice AI (ElevenLabs, Whisper)
- Familiarity with computer vision APIs
- RPA experience (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)

Prompt Engineer
Craft the language that powers agentic AI. Design, test, and optimise prompts that make autonomous AI systems intelligent, reliable, and effective for real business use cases.
What You'll Do
- Design and engineer prompts for Claude, GPT-4, and other LLMs to solve complex business problems
- Develop prompt templates and frameworks for repeatable, high-quality AI outputs
- Test and iterate on prompts to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Build evaluation pipelines to measure prompt performance at scale
- Create prompt libraries and documentation for internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with developers to integrate prompts into production systems
- Stay current with latest prompting techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot, ReAct, etc.)
- Train clients and team members on effective prompt engineering practices
What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of how LLMs work and their capabilities/limitations
- Proven experience crafting prompts for production AI applications
- Strong analytical skills to debug and improve prompt performance
- Excellent written communication - clear, precise, and structured
- Experience with prompt evaluation and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Ability to translate vague business requirements into specific prompts
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-step agent workflows and tool use
- Background in linguistics, cognitive science, or technical writing
- Knowledge of RAG systems and context management
- Python or JavaScript skills for prompt testing automation

Head of Growth

What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
- Identify and engage businesses ready for AI transformation across industries
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and automation opportunities
- Present Geria's agentic AI solutions and build compelling business cases
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM and sales tools
- Collaborate with delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or consulting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling skills — you solve problems, not push products
- Ability to understand and articulate technical AI solutions to non-technical buyers
- Experience selling to SMBs and mid-market companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Genuine interest in AI and automation technology
Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI, automation, or digital transformation services
- Background in technology consulting or agency sales
- Existing network in industries ripe for automation (finance, legal, healthcare, e-commerce)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV)
